Over the past two decades, Amy has worked in the field of economic development. Having started her career at the community level, she was part of a team focused on business recruitment and retention and worked closely with business representatives and investors. While at the state association, Amy gained valuable knowledge and resources to expand her understanding of economic development principles, strategies and trends.​​​​

As the COO of a small-staff association for almost 20 years, Amy is highly-skilled in managing all types of projects, initiatives and programs. She has also managed a federal grant, implemented award programs, certification programs, and leadership and mentorship initiatives. Amy also has experience with budgeting, reporting and compliance.

Meeting Facilitation and Event Planning
Work with clients to facilitate meetings with professionalism and poise, and produce high-quality events from concept to execution.

Amy has extensive experience in planning and executing high-quality conferences, webinars, educational seminars, virtual events, board meetings and hospitality events. She has successfully managed more than 250 events from inception through execution, and is skilled at facilitating all types of meetings.
